48-Hour Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date. One night's room charge applies for later cancellations.

No-Show

Full charge for the first night if you fail to arrive without prior notice.

Special Packages and Promotions

Package bookings, including dining, spa, or entertainment components, are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund of total package price
  • Less than 3 days: No refund available

Seasonal Packages

Special seasonal packages may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

Group Reservation Terms

For bookings of 5 rooms or more:

  • 30 days or more: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • 15-29 days: 50% refund of total booking value
  • 14 days or less: No refund available

Corporate Events

Corporate group bookings may be eligible for customized cancellation terms. Please contact our events team for details.

Events & Functions

Private Events

For private event bookings:

  • 60 days or more: Full refund minus deposit
  • 30-59 days: 50% refund of total event cost
  • Less than 30 days: No refund available

Wedding Packages

Wedding cancellations are subject to special terms due to extensive planning and preparation:

  • 90 days or more: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit
  • 60-89 days: 50% refund of total package
  • Less than 60 days: No refund available

Special Periods

Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (holidays, special events), stricter cancellation policies apply:

  • 14 days or more: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 7-13 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund available

Major Events

During major casino tournaments or special events, custom cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated at booking.

Date Changes

Reservation date changes are subject to:

  • Availability for new dates
  • Rate differences for new dates
  • Modification fees may apply

Room Type Changes

Changes to room types or package components are subject to:

  • Availability of requested changes

Refund Process

Payment Returns

Eligible refunds will be processed:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Alternative payment methods: Processing times vary
